Victor G. Raddatz, of Oshkosh, died on Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at Mercy Medical Center. He was born in Oshkosh, the son of Fred and Louise (Holtz) Raddatz. Victor married Evelyn Schock of Oshkosh
He was employed by the City of Oshkosh in the Department of Sanitation. Victor was a member of Zion Lutheran Church.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Raddatz; a sister, June (Carl) Volkman; brother-in-law, Kenneth Schock; sisters-in-law: Gloria Schock, Eleanor Mottl, and Betty Wideman; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; several siblings and their spouses: Edna (Elmer) Jonson, Esther (Jim) Witzke, Ervin Raddatz, Leonard (Sylvia) Raddatz, Hazel Kubasta, and Verna (Rueben) Bloedow; mother-in-law, Katherine Schock; brothers-in-law: Clarence (Valores) Schock, Lawrence Schock, and James Wideman; sister-in-law, Betty Schock; and cousin, Charles Schock.
Funeral services for Victor will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, May 14, 2009 at Lake View Memorial Park Chapel, 2786 Algoma Blvd, with Reverend Jeffery Knoll officiating. A time of visiting will be held at the Lake View Memorial Park Chapel from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
