Victoria Lee Landers of Neenah, formerly of Escanaba, Michigan, passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2008. She was born on September 3, 1950 in Munising, Michigan to Gerald Koenig Sr. and Ellen (Vertz) Adkins. Vicki graduated from Escanaba High School and was proud of her heritage as a member of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians.

She will be greatly missed by her children: Rebecca (fiance Mike Mendlesky) Koenig of Fond du Lac, Sherry (Lance) Pamperin of Winneconne and Joshua Landers of North Fond du Lac; her much-loved Yorkie Terrier, Kokoa; grandchildren: Tori Breitzman, Blayde and Autumn Pamperin; siblings: Pat Dryer of Escanaba, Gerald Koenig Jr. of Menasha, Wayne (Theresa) Koenig and Rose Marie (Bill) Wilbur all of Munising; many beloved nephews and nieces along with numerous dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her step-father, James Adkins.

Vicki greatly enjoyed spending time with her family and her dog. She also took pleasure in taking walks and reading. She will be remembered as a caring and loving person. She gave of herself in helping developmentally disabled youth and she is considered to have raised many of the children in Escanaba.

Vicki will be cremated with a memorial service to celebrate her life being held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20th, at the Seefeld Family of Funeral Chapels, 1025 Oregon Street in Oshkosh.
