Violet F. Kramer, age 93, of Oshkosh passed away peacefully at her daughter, Linda Fuller's home, on July, 29, 2009, with her loving family at her side. Born on April 11, 1916 in Black Creek, Wisconsin to Frank and Anna DeWall. Violet married Harold O. Kramer on September 26, 1934 and he preceded her in death on May 14, 1974.
Survivors include two daughters, Betty (John) Abitz of Hortonville and Linda (Jeff) Fuller of Oshkosh; grandchildren, Lorrie (Steve) Thill, Susan (Rick) Cavanaugh, Rene (David) Young, all of Oshkosh, also Cheryl (Duke) Kuettel and Jennifer (Darren) Kuettel of Hortonville, Stefanie (Jacques) Grun of DePere, John (Jane) Barkholtz of Chino Hills, California and Jason Barkholtz of Oshkosh. Violet also had 20 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold; her daughter, Jean; son-in-law, David Lincoln; grandson, Gilbert Lincoln; her brother, Raymond DeWall; sister, Ruth Kinsman; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral service for Violet will take place at 5:00 P.M. on Friday, July 31, 2009 at Seefeld Family of Funeral Chapels, 1025 Oregon Street, with Chaplain Dan Edwards officiating. Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Friday from 3:00 P.M. until the time of service. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park in Appleton.
