Walter "Walt" A. Miller age 56 of Oshkosh, died at Mercy Medical Center on Thursday, June 25, 2009. Walt was born to Frank and Anna Marie (Bryant) Miller in Ely, Nevada on May 7, 1953. He graduated from White Pine High School. He then joined the U.S. Army and served until his retirement in 1993 with the rank of Chief Warrant Officer. He then began working for Oshkosh Corporation. While in Kuwait, Walt met the love of his life, Mackenzie. It was love at first sight and their relationship was pure and simple. They married on November 22, 1999.
Throughout his life Walt was able to travel the world. The only continent he has not visited is South America. He loved motorcycles and collecting die cast cars. Muscle cars were his favorite, but there was not a car on the road that he could not identify. He also collected rifles and found relaxation in hunting and shooting. The most important thing in his life was Mackenzie and their son, Arron.
Surviving Walt are his wife, Mackenzie and son, Arron of Oshkosh; children: Kelly Jo Sturgeon, Keith Miller, and Kristopher Miller of McGill, Nevada; mother, Anna Marie Miller of McGill, Nevada; and brothers: Alan Miller, Lorenzo Miller, and Perry Miller.
